Film The Duke Overview

The Duke is about 1961, a 60-year-old man, a taxi driver, ran off with a portrait from the National Gallery in London. The first robbery in the Gallery’s history, he sent a note saying that he will return it only if the government pays more attention to the elders in the society. Whatever came up after that transferred into the stuff of legend.

After 50 years the whole story came and we got to know that he had a twirl of a web of lies. He was a good man. The only thing that turned out to be the truth, he wanted to change the world and save his coupling. How he did it and why he used The dude is an interesting thing to watch.
