The CW has canceled the superhero drama series Batwoman after three seasons.
Caroline Dries the Showrunner revealed the news on social media, saying she was “bummed, but full of gratitude.”
The first season of the series was focused on Kate Kane, the cousin of Bruce Wayne, who becomes Batwoman.
Season 3 of the series ended up in March which is leaving fans disappointed that storylines will not receive appropriate closure.

Batwoman is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros Television. The series was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, where the majority of The CW series are filmed. The final episode of Batwoman aired on March 2, 2022.
