The project will air on Apple TV+ and is helmed by director Alek Keshishian. On Thursday, September 8 through her social media Selena Gomez give fans a peek at her new AppleTV+ documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me.

“Wanna hear a part to my story…My Mind & Me coming soon to @AppleTvPlus,” She captioned the snippet on Instagram which was revealing the title card for the feature on screen.

The official release date of the Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me documentary has not been announced yet. The film was directed and produced by the 1991 documentary Madonna: Truth or Dare director Alek Keshishian.

A release describing the documentary reads as “After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.”

My Mind & Me is Gomez’s latest addition to her TV projects. Season four of Selena + Chef premiered last month on HBO Max. 80s classic Working Girl’s reboot is already under development and is expected to be released on Hulu soon.

She will be vying for her first Emmy as an executive producer for Only Murders in the Building at the 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards.
