The term “good Samaritan” came from Samaritan who helped a stranger who had been robbed and beaten and left to die by the side of the road. This is especially mean kindness for those in need, especially those who are strangers.

- Compliment your cashier.
- Bake cookies and deliver them to your neighbors.
- Give food to poor people.
- Always help poor children who need help.
- Help your mom when you see her work.
- Say thank you to the people who work for you.

National Good Samaritan Day was originated on March 13, 1964, in honor of the death of Catherine “Kitty” Genovese, who was murdered near her home. no one saved her and called the police but One Good Samaritan tried.
So the day 13th march was marked as NATIONAL GOOD SAMARITAN DAY in the National day calendar.
