Daylight Saving 2022: On one particular day, The clocks advance one hour on the last Sunday in April at 2 midnight and also return back 1 hour on the last Sunday in October at 2 midnight. This concept was initially started in Germany during World War I. After getting a positive response in Germany, many other countries started adopting it.

Daylight saving time became standard in the US after the introduction of the Uniform Time Act 1966. It was announced that clocks in the entire country would advance one hour on the last Sunday in April at 2 midnight and also return back 1 hour on the last Sunday in October at 2 midnight.
