Turn-based card-batting fantasy role-playing game, with an emphasis on party management and storytelling.
As Players, flip cards to trigger events, interact with characters, and battle fantasy creatures (e.g., goblins, slimes, harpies) in turn-based combat.
Battles depict cards slamming into enemy cards, with impact sounds and slashing effects; weapon or magic strikes are used on opponents, draining their life points.
Some card images depict female characters and creatures in revealing outfits, with large portions of their cleavage and buttocks exposed.
All violence occurs between still images of characters depicted on cards. When an attack occurs, one card moves on top of another and a magical spell effect appears, with the level of damage indicated.
When defeated, the relevant character’s card moves off-screen. There is a scene in which a human-like character is shown with blood streaming down his face as a result of the battle.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars is a role-playing video game in which players take control of a party of characters, navigating a fantasy world fulfilling quests. 

The entire world, from its character interactions to the world map to battles, is represented using cards. The game uses a turn-based battle system, triggered through random encounters and scripted boss fights. Crystals generated one per turn is used to trigger special abilities, some of which also rely on dice rolls for their effectiveness.

The storyline follows a group of adventurers who travel across the game’s world as a dragon reappears threatening to destroy the world, crossing paths with other characters including the Ivory Order.
