However, he was not able to pursue boxing as a full-time career because of some injuries that later resulted in reconstructive jaw surgery.
After realizing that he can not continue with boxing, Father Stu decided to explore his roots and religion. Hence, he decided to become a priest. In his life, Father Stu inspired a lot of people through his journey that started with self-destruction to ended in redemption.
