Resident Evil 4 Remake Trailer Breakdown
Sony on Thursday’s State of Play Livestream announced the long-rumored, often-leaked Resident Evil 4 Remake. The trailer released didn’t show revealed much about the gameplay. The trailer features various locations and characters from the game.
The trailer opens up with the release of the game which is March 24, 2023. Seeing the trailer, it can be said that Resident Evil 4 looks leagues better visually than its 2005 counterpart. In the trailer, the viewers got to see protagonist Leon Kennedy, antihero Ada Wong, Ashley Graham, Luis, and brief glimpses of antagonists Osmund Saddler and Bitores Mendez.
The trailer also features Salazar Castle and the iconic village from the beginning of RE4 and the baddies that inhabit them. In Resident Evil 4 Remake, it can be expected that story is expanding and is a more direct sequel to Resident Evil 2 which also stars Leon as its protagonist. At the end of the trailer, a brief tease that VR content is also in development is shown.
