After four years of marriage, Emily Ratajkowski has officially filed for divorce from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard she claims that he cheated on her. Emily Ratajkowski took legal action to end her marriage in a Manhattan Supreme Court on 8 September.
The documents seen by Page Six noted that the divorce was contested, meaning that there are more issues at hand that Ratajkowski and/or the film producer have to solve.
Before this Emily and Sebastian split in July and both shares a 16-month-old son Sylvester Apollo Bear whom they welcomed in March 2021. Emily told that her husband was a “serial cheater”. According to some close sources, Emily had turned her focus to parenting. “She is strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mum.”
Emily and Sebastian haven’t yet made any public statement on their relationship status. The Gone Girl star and producer got married in February 2018.
