The show centers on the Belcher family of Bob and Linda and their three children, Tina, Gene, and Louise, a family that runs a hamburger restaurant called Bob’s Burgers. Bob’s Burgers is a production by Bento Box Entertainment and 20th Television.

1 SEXUAL CONTENT
Mild to moderate sex references throughout. Nothing is shown and nothing is too strong, or crude.
Most of the sexual content is more comedic than serious. Newer seasons are way more kid-friendly than older seasons. In the third season, one character says that her family should “sell sex for money because sex sells. In the third season, Bob’s new health inspector Tommy sings sexual songs. Such as ”The Sex Song ”and ”Elderly Prostitute”. In one episode, a student reveals that he rubs his genitals on the couch. There are lots of transgender prostitutes and some of them wear very revealing clothes.
2 VIOLENT CONTENT
Mild injuries and blood content in almost all episodes, animated violence. Teenagers punch each other and give a black eye. There is a scene in the third season when we see blood spraying onto the car window from Bob’s finger. Mort is pretending to be dead in an episode. In the fourth season, Felix attempts to kill Bob and his brother.
3 CRUDE OR PROFANE LANGUAGE
Uses of profanity throughout the series, words used such as bitch, dammit, tits, sl*ts, bastards, a**, son of bitch, d*ck, whore, etc… The worst thing said in the show to date is when Linda says Bob is a “d*ck.”
4 DRUG AND ALCOHOL CONTENT
The characters are sometimes seen drinking alcohol and sometimes getting drunk. Bob gets addicted to his pills and gets high. In another episode, you will see Linda telling Bob she got pills from a pharmacy and is using several of them. In one episode the kids working at a marijuana farm.
