Back to 15 is a Brazillian coming-of-age television series created by Janaina Tokitaka. It was adapted from the novel of the same name by Bruna Vieira. The teen series was co-directed by Vivi Jundi and Dainara Toffoli. The production Companies of Back to 15 are Glaz Entretenimento, distributed by Netflix. It is inspired by author Bruna Vieira’s book by the same name.

What does “Back to 15” is it about?
This series is about Anita’s self-discovery and maturity journey. The story follows an unhappy 30-year-old woman named Anita who accidentally finds a way to transport her back to the past. When Anita wakes up as a 15-year-old teenager, she makes it her mission to try to fix the lives of everyone around her. At 15, she had a great expectation of adult life. But at 30, her life is nothing like that. When the adult Anita returns to her hometown for her sister’s wedding and a string of disasters unfold, she takes refuge in the room where she spent her adolescence.
When she turns on her old computer, the main character is transported by magic, to her first day of high school. That’s right a 30-year-old brain stuck in the body of a girl of 15. Now she’s going to try to fix the lives of everyone around her among them, her best friend Henrique, a nerd who has a secret crush on Anita, played as an adult by Breno Ferreira. However, each change made to the past impacts everyone’s future, and not always for the better.
