Netflix has dropped an announcement clip of the release date of the Oscar-worthy film Blonde.
Andrew Dominik directs the fascinating film of the year Blonde, starring Ana de Armas as famous actress Marilyn Monroe.
In the first teaser trailer, we finally got her first look at the film which is looking the most Iconic look of her throughout her career and this is sure; y going to be her career-defining role of her.
Ana de Armas has posted four images on her Instagram of recreating some of Monroe’s most iconic moments.
Those moments include Marilyn Monroe’s look that de Armas recreates from the 1953 musical Gentlemen Prefer Blondes like “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friends” where she was in a pink dress from the film. Another image was the most famous shot in Hollywood history.
The last photo she shared is recreating a shot from the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch where Monroe is seen in a white dress.

Ana de Armas captioned her Instagram post “Andrew’s ambitions were very clear from the start — to present a version of Marilyn Monroe’s life through her lens. He wanted the world to experience what it actually felt like to not only be Marilyn, but also Norma Jeane. I found that to be the most daring, unapologetic, and feminist take on her story that I had ever seen.”
Blonde is premiering at the Venice Film Festival and will be available on Netflix on September 23, 2022.
