This series is the sequel to Naughty Dog’s famous video game The Last of Us which is also about finding a family amidst a zombie apocalypse.

Story of The Last of Us

The series introduced a middle-aged man Joel who once had a deadly virus that almost wipes out humanity. After that Joel becomes a delivery specialist. In the story of The Last of Us, Joel escorts Ellie to a lab where scientists can study her blood because she is evidently immune to the virus, Ellie’s body might be the key to finding a drug and taking back society.
