Black Panther:Wakanda Forever just gave the good news to the fans of Nakia and Riri Williams. Empire Magazine as a feature story out about Ryan Coogler’s film. In the images from the story, Ironheart is in the royal chambers of Wakanda. The second image shows off Lupita Nyong’o’s stunning look for T’Challa’s funeral in the movie.
It’s It is very emotional. There is so much concern in the eyes of actors during these screengrabs. But it is all clear that the parts of Wakanda Forever are going to be very pensive.
The loss of Chadwick Boseman dominates the conversation around the film. It feels like the marketing of the film run-up is not shying away from that reality. It is still hard to say exactly what role Ironheart will play in ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Kevin Feige had already spoken to Empire Magazine about the upcoming trip back to Wakanda. He was asked about the decision not to recast T’Challa after Boseman’s passing.
Some fans were pushing for that, but the creative team never considered it in earnest. They had decided to honor their friend’s legacy the best they knew how and leave those questions for next time.
Feige revealed it was much too soon to recast the film. He then said how the plan is to follow the comics inspired by much of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “Stan Lee said, “Marvel represents the world outside your window”.
And talked about how, as extraordinary and fantastical our characters and stories are, there is a relatable and human element to everything we do. The world is still processing the loss of Chad.
