Gudetama the lazy egg is obtaining its very own episode on Netflix this December. Netflix made the declaration over the weekend and liberate a lovable trailer for the new Japanese series called Gudetama: An Eggcellent Adventure.
An Eggcellent Adventure will start streaming on December 13th on Netflix and will run for a total of ten episodes. It is a live-action/CG animation hybrid series, as it will feature real people interrelation with CGI-animated characters. The authenticate cast for the show added Akiyoshi Nakao, Serena Motola, and Sarutoki Minagawa.
The show stars the Sanrio character Gudetama, an egg yolk, as they team up with a tiny newly-hatched chick named Shakipiyo, who still has an eggshell attached to her.
The pair tries to embark on an experience to find their mother, but Gudetama, being an indolent egg, is apparently disinclined to do anything at all. The series is set to drop on Netflix on December 13th.

The trailer opens with the dearest egg, Gudetama, assembly their sister Shakipiyo, who acceptance Gudetama and says We are relatives right Let’s go find Momma.” After Gudetama decline, Shakipiyo adjure Gudetama, assert they are “such a chicken”, to which Gudetama answer that they are not a chicken, they are, in fact, an egg.
The rest of the trailer succeeds the two as they abandon their fridge for the big wide world and catch many perils, such as a revolving sushi bar, train rides, and hungry purchasers. The trailer is chock-full of lovable moments which are sure to win the hearts of many fans. Watch the trailer below:
