Valerie Bertinelli says will NOT date again after filed divorce from Tom Vitale

Valerie Bertinelli appeared on Today with Hoda & Jenna Thursday and got emotional while discussing body image and her weight loss.

Bertinelli said hosts that she'll only make progress and get rid of her "protection" weight after first making improvements to her mental health.

Bertinelli also shared that she has some trust issues and she also teared up while explaining it to the hosts and also said she is happily single.

She said she has 'six cats and my dog and my son, and hopefully one day grandchildren.'

Bertinelli said 'can't imagine ever trusting anyone again to let into my life. So I have some trust issues that I'm sure I'm going to have to get past.'

Bertinelli filed for divorce from Vitale for, 'irreconcilable differences.' she was married to Vitale from 2011 to 2021.
