The Voice Season 22; Kelly Clarkson’s Return Up In The Air

Blake Shelton announced his return via a TikTok challenge on Friday “#duet this if you’re going to be a coach on #TheVoice this fall”

Blake Shelton and John Legend will be return back on The Voice Season 22 as coaches with Gwen Stefani returning to the show for the first time in two years.

Legend and Stefani confirmed their involvement in upcoming season by dueting Shelton’s performance, but Kelly was absent, who served as a coach for last eight seasons of show.

Camila Cabello on Sunday was announced as the fourth Voice coach for next season, with Clarkson off the lineup. 

The Voice is a reality competition series, which stars 4 famous musicians and mentor these singers to become artists.

Each season, America decides which singer is worthy of the show grand prize. Shelton has the longest history with the show, having been a coach since Season 1.

Legend has coached each season over the course of last 4 years, with Stefani stepping in shifting over the last 9 years for a total of 6 seasons.

Clarkson joined the show in 2014 and has won it 4 times, with contestants Brynn Cartelli, Chevel Shepherd, Jake Hoot and Girl Named Tom.

A premiere date for The Voice Season 22 has not set.
