The meeting took place just before one day Lilibet will be celebrating her first birthday on Saturday, June 4.

The tweetup took place the same day as Service of Thanksgiving for Queen on Friday which Queen Elizabeth did not go to becoz she felt “discomfort”

Omid said “Of course, we know the Queen went back to Windsor Castle, the couple went back to Windsor as well where they’re staying at Frogmore Cottage.

He further said "So that would have been the first moment or the first chance for her to meet her namesake,”

Lilibet arrived in UK with her parents and her brother for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which celebrates her 70th year as the reigning Queen of England.

It is the first time the entire family has left the US and visited their family across the pond in Britain as an entire unit.
