The couple was separated last year December over a cheating and paternity scandal and are going to be parents again.

The answer is NO. Although Khloe and Tristan are set to welcome their second baby together, there is no chance of getting back together.

As the baby was conceived before Khloe Kardashian learned about Thompson's paternity scandal. Tristan was confirmed to be the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby, born on December 3.
