Netflix is going to present the next season of the hit 2019-drama series "The Witcher " by taking Henry Cavill back to the series.
The Witcher season 3 began production on April 4, 2022, but in July, Cavill tested positive for COVID-19, this made the production of the third season stop abruptly on 25 July.
The production was restarted after a week including actors Mecia Simson, Cassie Clare, and Harvey Quinn as pictures were posted by them of the set of The Witcher.
The Geralt of Rivia is back in action in Season 3 sets, he is a monster hunter whose destiny is inextricably linked with Princess Ciri.
Season 2 revealed that the White Flame is none other than Ciri's father, Duny, who is the emperor of Nilfgaard, Emhyr Var Emreis.
In season 3, fans could see Geralt and sorceress Yennefer traveling together to discover and expand Princess Ciri's powers, to the magical academy Aretuza.
"The Witcher" is a fantasy drama series which was created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich and it was based over Andrzej Sapkowski's book series "The Witcher".
It leads three main characters Geralt of Rivia(Henry Cavill), Yennefer of Vengerberg( Anya Chalotra), and Princess Ciri(Freya Allan).
One could watch the previous season of "The Witcher" series on Netflix. Meanwhile, the release date of season 3 seems to reveal at the end of September.
