The trailer also reveals the cast of Black Panther 2. Tenoch Huerta makes his first appearance as Namor, as well as Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, a.k.a. Ironheart, and Michaela Coel as Aneka. .

Ramonda asks in the trailer “I am Queen of the most powerful nation in the world, and my entire family is gone! Have I not given everything?”

At the ending of the trailer a new character appears wearing the Black Panther suit. Is it Shuri, Nakia, or someone else?! We have to wait some more to get the answer.

Director Ryan Coogler said on stage. "We put our love for Chadwick into this film and we also put our passion. It’s a roller coaster of a movie.”

Coogler said in an interview at that time “I’d be really interested to see, you know, what kind of king he is with experience and how that affects his performance in the stories.”

Black Panther star Lupita Nyong’o revealed that Coogler has “reshaped” the Black Panther sequel to honor Chadwick.
