Her representatives confirmed that she is brain dead and currently in a coma before her death. Meanwhile, she is “not expected to survive”.
Later the rep confirmed that she died on Friday, 12 August, sometimes after being brain dead and she is legally dead according to California law.
Recently actress Anne Heche got into a severe car accident and she was hospitalized in a very critical condition as she crashed into an apartment building.
She crashed her car into a two-story house which made both vehicles and the home catch fire. She has been taken away by ambulance on a stretcher.
Anne was admitted to the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital and died there at the age of 53.
Anne Heche was an organ donor for OneLegacy Foundation.“Today we lost a bright light, a kind and most joyful soul, a loving mother, and a loyal friend,” the rep said.
“It has long been her choice to donate her organs and she’s being kept on life support to determine if any are viable,” Anne's rep said.
“Anne will be deeply missed but she lives on through her beautiful sons, her iconic body of work, and her passionate advocacy" one statement said.
A police officer of Los Angeles, Jeff Lee, spoke with the media and public that the car was moving at a very fast speed.
